List clusters

Returns multi-node GPU clusters for distributed training. Check ordering_enabled before placing an order. updated_at is the Unix timestamp of the latest inventory refresh. An empty list means no cluster is currently available.

Order a cluster with POST /v1/gpu/clusters. Set nodes to choose how many nodes to reserve.
